While a patent, trademark or copyright is in effect, the unauthorized use by another constitutes infringement.

The extensive availability of technology to the public makes the copying of artwork, designs and software commonplace.

Our Process

Victorian Detective Services assists in establishing and responding to these infringement. Our investigation can affect the transaction of goods as well as document the use of unauthorized material. Once infringement is established we report with supporting evidence.

Victorian Detective Services has undertaken hundreds of Patent & Trademark investigations over the years and continues to investigate these violations for most leading law firms both in Melbourne, Sydney and most recently California, who regularly instruct us.
